Therapist

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with close to two decades of experience in the mental wellness field. I work with adults from college age to retirement and beyond. I enjoy hearing a person’s stories and experiences but also collaborating with them to grow, heal and become a more authentic version of themself.

I have experience in helping individuals and couples that struggle with substance abuse, codependency, grief and bereavement and trauma as well as anxiety, depression and stress related challenges. I walk alongside you in your journey towards wellness and assist with building your resiliency toolbox full of problem solving skills, healthy thinking patterns, coping skills and reflection. I have an eclectic approach using CBT techniques but also DBT and psychodynamic therapy.
