Emily Noelle McConnell, MS, LPC-Associate (under the supervision of Jessica Seidel, MS, LPC-S)
Taking the first step in getting help takes courage, and the process of beginning counseling can feel overwhelming. As a therapist, my goal is to create a safe and judgement-free environment where we can work together to reach your goals. I offer an individualized and collaborative approach using CBT, SFBT and Gestalt techniques to embrace your strengths and overcome the challenges you face. Our time together is meant to empower you.
My experience has primarily been providing counseling and psychoeducation to individuals and groups impacted by domestic violence and trauma. Some of the issues I have helped clients manage include depression, anxiety, insomnia, and poor self-esteem.
I became a therapist because I am passionate about helping my clients overcome adversity to lead happier and more fulfilling lives. I believe that change is possible and I look forward to our journey together in making a better future for you.
