Eureka Williams, MS, LCSW

Therapist ** ONLINE ONLY **

817-361-4545

I know that starting therapy can sometimes feel overwhelming, and I commend you for taking this BRAVE step. As your therapist my desire is to provide you with a safe and therapeutic environment to meet your therapy goals.

My clients describe me as easy to talk to, compassionate and skilled at utilizing practical strategies to help them better cope with emotional challenges.

As a mental health provider my experience spans multiple settings including inpatient behavioral health, outpatient behavioral health, hospital social work, and private practice. I have experience working with clients ages 13 and older.

The primary therapy modalities that I will use as your therapist are Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Both modalities are evidenced based effective treatments for people exhibiting symptoms of a mood related disorder. Through DBT & CBT you will learn how your feelings effect your behaviors and learn techniques to address unhelpful emotions. Other therapeutic approaches will be used as appropriate to suit your individual therapy needs.
