Hi, I’m Tiffanie, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who works with children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of therapy needs. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges in a way that feels supportive, empowering, and grounded in understanding.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Tarleton State University, followed by a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have experience working with teens and adults and specialize in supporting clients who are navigating anxiety, depression, work-related stress, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions.
My therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, and primarily rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Using CBT, I help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical coping skills that can be used in everyday life. I believe therapy should be tailored to each individual, meeting you where you are and moving at a pace that feels right for you.
Whether you are seeking support for a specific concern, navigating a challenging season of life, or looking to improve your overall well-being, my goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth.
